I this private chef experience, Chef Patricia will prepare a menu of plant-based dishes that any diner will be impressed by. Start with a grilled zucchini salad, followed by homemade vegan crab cakes served with a creamy aioli. Savor fluffy sweet potato mash and asparagus topped with plant-based Parmesan on the side. A carefully layered Biscoff tiramisu with a delightful cream is the perfect ending to your meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
