Enjoy a unique vegan menu inspired by astoundingly delectable Asian flavors and techniques.

In this private chef experience, Chef Mert will take you on a culinary journey to the Far East, where you'll experience a harmony of food and flavor. Avocado cream, fresh mango and black vegan caviar will be served as your amuse-bouche followed by a soba noodle and edamame salad. Your main course features Vietnamese lemongrass chili tofu and leek purée with coconut mango sago for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mert hosted a fantastic class! My wife and I went to Valentines Day and there was another couple with us also learning how to make Pasta for the first time. We ended up buying the same pasta roller and we're excited to try it on our own. Great class, Great food!!
