In this private chef experience, Chef Monica invites you to taste the vibrant flavors of northern Italian fare typical of Emilia-Romagna, a region renowned for its high-end sports cars, vibrant nightlife and luscious cuisine. This innovative menu begins with crisp gnocco fritto, salty prosciutto di Parma and a tangy cherry compote, followed by a bright spring salad. The centerpiece of your meal is a rich tortelloni dish with zuppa inglese, a classic layered custard, for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
