Chef Simone highlights the traditional Southern supper with this comforting and soulful meal.

In this private chef experience, Chef Simone prepares a hearty feast featuring Southern comfort at its finest. Drawing inspiration from family dinners and African-American culture, the menu combines vibrant dishes from Gullah caviar to baked macaroni and cheese, stewed collard greens, candied yams and your choice of fried chicken, pan-seared lamb or stewed oxtail. Enjoy hibiscus sweet tea along with buttery pound cake and ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Simone has loved cooking for others ever since childhood, when she and her mother would cook for their church every Sunday. Over the years, that passion led her to a career path of working in restaurants, and later, starting her own private chef and meal prep company.
