In this private chef experience, you'll get a taste of authentic Haitian dishes skillfully prepared by Chef Leon. Experience the flavors of this dynamic island over four courses, beginning with fried pork belly and fried green plantains, and rice tinted black by black mushrooms, a Haitian delicacy. For the main dish you'll enjoy short ribs in a sweet tomato and bell pepper sauce and creamy coconut flan topped with toasted coconut for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Leon was EXCEPTIONAL!!! My Boyfriend and I had an Amazing Time!! This was a surprise for my boyfriend and it exceeded all of my expectations!!! I would def recommend this class to everyone. Guyanese-born Chef Leon moved to New York City at the age of eight and found himself enamored by the diverse cuisines. Inspired by his mother, his love for cooking has led him to work with renowned chefs in some of the city’s top restaurants. Chef Leon brings years of experience and training to his mission to uplift, empower and highlight the Afro culinary community by sharing his culture and cuisine.
