In this private chef experience, you'll get a taste of authentic Haitian dishes skillfully prepared by Chef Leon. Experience the flavors of this dynamic island over four courses, beginning with fried pork belly and fried green plantains, and rice tinted black by black mushrooms, a Haitian delicacy. For the main dish you'll enjoy short ribs in a sweet tomato and bell pepper sauce and creamy coconut flan topped with toasted coconut for dessert.
