Private Chef - Caribbean-Inspired Cuisine
Chef Leon has prepared a menu inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean for this private chef experience. A fresh salad of shaved radishes, seasonal mushrooms, pomegranate and a truffle vinaigrette kick off the meal, followed by seared scallops in a roasted pepper sauce. For the entrée, you'll enjoy fettuccine in a cream sauce made from the nutty ackee fruit with salt-baked cod and fire-roasted tomatoes. Satisfy your sweet tooth with fruit pudding and five spice ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
