Chef Bryhiem has created an elevated farm-to-table menu inspired by Michelin-starred restaurant dishes for this private chef experience. Your fine-dining affair begins with a poached farm egg over a bed of asparagus and wild mushrooms served with fresh celery root purée. Then, treat yourself to rich and tender seared scallops served with sweet corn. For the main dish, you'll enjoy crisp, tender roasted duck breast with an aromatic red wine-blueberry reduction. Dessert is a wonderfully sweet and very decadent apple tarte tatin infused with sea salted caramel.

Great Experience. My girlfriend enjoyed the evening on her birthday. The food was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Loved how he created a phenomenal atmosphere and meal with my little utensils. He was great, I would definitely do it again.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time with chef Bryhiem. He was knowledgeable and a friendly host! The food we cooked was amazing. Especially the salmon! Yum!

Chef Bryhiem is a true culinary professional and is passionate about sharing his love of food and wine with others. He provided us with a wonderful culinary experience. If you are in NYC and have the chance, I highly recommend taking his classes and hiring him as your next private chef!

Chef Bryheim has held many roles during his years in the culinary industry. He’s worked for several esteemed wine importers and vintners to bring a host of special brands to market in New York state. He’s also served as sommelier, sous chef and chef de cuisine in several acclaimed restaurants around Manhattan. Combining his various talents in a singular role, Chef Bryheim now adds the title of culinary instructor to the list.
