For this private chef experience, join Chef Todd on a voyage to Italy as he prepares a uniquely decadent Italian meal for you, from start to finish. Begin your tour of Italy by delighting in the flavors of handmade chicken bucatini, bursting with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Afterward, revel in the tastes and textures of Italian seafood with a saucy sautéed shrimp wrap, followed by an astoundingly artful entrée of roulade of Dover sole Milanese. Finish up by satisfying your sweet tooth with coconut flan and gelato.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Todd and his wife did a fantastic job for our private dinner for 2. The meal was fantastic (better than a restaurant!) and Chef Todd and his wife were efficient, polite and gracious. I would highly recommend them for any private chef experience.

Chef Todd was amazing!!! He included all of us in preparing an awesome meal. The recipes were relatively simple, yet the out come was off the charts delicious!!! Chef and his wife Millie are an unbelievable team. They served the food in an artistic and loving fashion as well as cleaned everything. I would easily rate them a 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. I look forward to an event like this again in the future. Johnny A.

**This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!
