This private chef experience, courtesy of Chef Todd, will have you feeling like you're vacationing in Paris, sat along the Champs Elysées enjoying a rich and authentic meal. Begin your French food journey with braised oxtail marmalade served with crispy French bread, followed by a bright and crisp salad bursting with flavor and fresh ingredients. The mouth watering pièce de résistance of your meal features pan-seared veal chops and buttery potatoes de Tournée, with a dessert of blackberry and nectarine clafoutis following closely behind.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Todd for our anniversary dinner. He and his lovely wife were absolutely great. They even brought their own decor and utensils to provide if needed! They were professional, efficient and the food was delicious. I highly recommend! Thank you again, chef Todd!
