In this private chef experience you'll enjoy an elegant five-course dinner comprised of dishes inspired by Michelin-starred restaurants and prepared by the talented Chef Bryhiem. It begins with pommes soufflés, delicate puffed potatoes, served with caviar. This is followed by a poached egg with mushrooms and black truffle and topped with fresh celery root purée. Then, you will indulge in the creamy egg custard dish, chawanmushi, with foie gras and crabmeat. For the main dish, savor every delicious bite of short ribs with roasted root vegetables before diving into a heavenly dark chocolate mousse for dessert.

Great Experience. My girlfriend enjoyed the evening on her birthday. The food was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Loved how he created a phenomenal atmosphere and meal with my little utensils. He was great, I would definitely do it again.
