With influences from France, Argentina, and Spain, this creative menu is full of unique flavors.

Chef Sarah has prepared a delicious New American menu for this private chef experience that fuses French, Argentinian, and Spanish cuisine. Begin with a shaved Brussels sprout salad with fresh toppings like avocado and apple. Then, dine on charred Broccolini with crispy garlic before moving on to the main event: perfectly tender sirloin tips with spiced potatoes and chimichurri. For dessert, enjoy a buttery galette filled with seasonal fruit, ricotta and fresh mint.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a great time cooking, learning new tips and overall having fun. The food was wonderful and I plan on making all the dishes for my family! Chef Sarah was very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about prep, combinations of foods, etc. Looking forward to her "Pizza" class once she is ready.
