Relax and enjoy an evening in as Chef Tre brings the best flavors from the land and sea to your dinner table. A curated four-course menu will leave a long lasting memory for you and your guests.
Begin with a fresh heirloom beet and apple salad complimented with toasted pistachios. Next, indulge in a sea-faring feature, salmon and sweet garlic risotto, followed by pan-seared filet mignon with pommes purée, roasted root vegetables and bacon demi-glace. End with a perfectly balanced dessert featuring fluffy orange cranberry pound cake and chocolate butternut glaze.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The food was delicious and abundant! We finished the night quite full and very satisfied. Perhaps our favorite part was the dessert. Not usually a huge pound cake fan, but this is not a usual pound cake - don't let your image of pound cake fool you! Chef Tre brought everything with him, so no need to even have plates or silverware. And when he left, we discovered some remaining risotto that he left for us so we could continue enjoying the experience days later. Thank you so much, Chef Tre!

His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.
