Private Chef - Gourmet Surf and Turf Dinner
Relax and enjoy an evening in as Chef Tre brings the best flavors from the land and sea to your dinner table. Begin with an earthy beet and apple salad, complete with rich goat cheese. Next, indulge in a sea-faring feature, halibut served with sweet corn risotto, followed by pan-seared filet mignon with pommes purée, roasted asparagus and bacon demi-glace. End with a perfectly balanced dessert featuring poached pears and duck fat crème anglaise.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
