Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Savor a stunning four-course steak feast with Chef Jose.
In this private chef experience, you’ll enjoy an elegant steak feast that mirrors a meal you’d find at a high-end American steakhouse. First, Chef Jose will serve handcrafted jumbo lump crab cakes and a classic wedge salad. For the entrée, enjoy a New York strip steak and sweet potato mash with your choice of Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach or mushrooms. Dessert features a luscious white chocolate cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jose was amazing! So personable and creative with his dishes. My husband has lactose intolerance and he changed the dishes accordingly without loosing in taste or presentation. Thank you!

Meet your chef
Chef Jose was introduced to cooking at the age of eight. Being immersed in the aromas of delicious food cooking in his New York neighborhood set him on a path toward becoming a professional chef. He’s built a 20-year career and refined his culinary skills while apprenticing under three master cooks. With his mantra, “food builds community,” in mind, Chef Jose works to create nurturing meals while teaching others to do the same.
