Enjoy a romantic night in and let Chef Todd prepare a decadent dinner for two. Enjoy four flavorful courses that are just as pleasing to the eye as they are to your palate. Begin your perfectly planned night with minced shrimp and chicken over crunchy asparagus spears, followed by a refreshingly crisp cucumber salad, tossed with garlic-jalapeño buttermilk dressing. A succulent pan-seared salmon shines as your main course, served alongside a savory vegetable succotash. Finish your idyllic dinner with a table-side show featuring a bananas Foster flambé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Todd and his wife Millie were wonderful guests in our space. They were both incredibly gracious and personable, and of course the menu was delicious. This was not my first time working with a private chef, but certainly the most positive experience I've had. I highly recommend Chef Todd for any engagement.

**This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!
