Begin your perfectly planned night with minced shrimp and chicken over crunchy asparagus spears, followed by a refreshingly crisp cucumber salad, tossed with garlic-jalapeño buttermilk dressing. A succulent pan-seared salmon shines as your main course, served alongside a savory vegetable succotash. Finish your idyllic dinner with a table-side show featuring a bananas Foster flambé.

Chef Todd and his wife did a fantastic job for our private dinner for 2. The meal was fantastic (better than a restaurant!) and Chef Todd and his wife were efficient, polite and gracious. I would highly recommend them for any private chef experience.
