In this private chef experience, Chef Aaron pays tribute to Italian cuisine with rustic dishes featuring authentic and fresh ingredients, such as olive oil and burrata cheese. Delicately layered flavors bring life to each course as you enjoy freshly baked focaccia, and creamy burrata with ratatouille made with eggplants, tomatoes, peppers and Italian herbs. For the entrée, Chef Aaron will serve handmade rigatoni pasta with fennel sausage and tomatoes, and panna cotta with seasonal fruit for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
