Get ready to experience plant-based vegan cuisine like never before in this private dining experience.

Chef Shakti will prepare for you an impressive four-course vegan menu right in your own home. From a creamy mushroom bisque topped with crunchy caramelized onions and a fresh avocado and Persian cucumber tartare all the way to a grilled peach and homemade vegan ice cream dessert, every dish promises awe-inspiring textures and flavor profiles.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Mushroom Bisque

With caramelized onions, garlic, herbs, vegetable broth and coconut cream

Avocado and Persian Cucumber Tartare

With cilantro, smoked paprika, scallions, lemon juice and toasted baguette

Beyond Meat Meatballs

With herbed yam purée, vegan butter, spices and sauce

Grilled Peaches With Vegan Ice Cream

With brown sugar or agave, and edible flowers

Chef Shakti was so friendly and welcoming to her cozy apartment. She was informative and made the experience fun and comfortable. I would highly recommend any of her classes. We did the New American Vegan and the food was delicious, and so simple to make! I can't wait to make it again for my friends.

Chef Shakti provided an exceptional experience: She taught my friends and I how to prepare a variety of delicious vegan Japanese dishes, sharing tips and tricks along the way about everything from knife handling to finding ingredients. Beyond her skills as a teacher and chef, she was a warm and attentive host, and it was a delight to share our meal with her. If you’re looking to add to your kitchen knowledge or simply want an excellent dining experience, I can’t recommend Chef Shakti enough.
