Private Chef - Land and Sea
This private chef experience with Chef Cregg is perfect for date night, featuring an upscale and globally inspired meal. Start out with an amuse-bouche of either an heirloom tomato salad or vegetable pakora, followed by your choice of Israeli pearl couscous risotto or Parisian gnocchi. Move on to a perfectly cooked steak with whipped carrots, confit petite potatoes, garlic prawns and creamed dandelion greens. Afterward, you will enjoy shrimp and pork raviolo al'uovo in an herbed brown butter corn sauce, all before finishing with your choice of decadent sweets for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
