This online mixology class from Mixologist Brett summons a selection of beverages that are sure to haunt your Halloween happenings. Enjoy a lesson in making sweet, saucy sips with a touch of devious madness in every recipe. Concoct a grave digger filled with tequila and three fruit liqueurs, mix up a creamy peanut butter cup-inspired libation, and stir together a black flame cocktail that's perfect for enjoying with your coven.

Mixology class is fully interactive.
Mixologist accompanies you throughout the entire process.

Grave Digger

With tequila, raspberry liqueur, melon liqueur and pineapple juice

Peanut Butter Cup-Tail

With chocolate liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, peanut butter candies and peanut butter whiskey

Black Flame

With vodka, crème de violette, maraschino liqueur, grape juice and edible glitter

Public class sizes are between 6 to 20 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions. Private classes can accommodate up to 498 guests.

Communication isn't the key, the website and information isn't clear. You're booking a class with other people not just your group. I have mentioned on booking we were in Portugal, the times were confirmed automatically incorrectly for Portugal. We paid and didn't get the service. Messaged to explain the problem and ask for help and got no response. Doesn't care or have any empathy...

He went very fast. It would be helpful if he spoke slower and was more specific. For example he stated for add in 1 and a quarter. He didn't say the unit of measure.

Loved this class!! I took this with two friends who live in different towns so it was a fun way to catch up. After class we zoom’d on our own and enjoyed our drinks. He is a great teacher and fabulous host. I plan to take more of his classes when fall dates open up

We had such a great experience with Brett as part of our pre-Bachelorette festivities! He was very patient with our loud group over Zoom and gave us some great tips to become more comfortable making more complex - yet manageable - cocktail recipes. Brett’s class left us with a lot to be desired. We took the romantic drink making class for a fun Valentine’s date and left feeling underwhelmed. The ingredients did not match the list that was provided and the steps were given briefly. The instructor was hard to hear and when asked about accommodating he informed them that he could not instead of moving closer to the microphone. We have taken plenty of cozy meal drink classes before and we have thoroughly enjoyed the rest. In addition to the class needing structural work, the drinks were tolerable at best.

Brett was really good at explaining what we were going to make and why. He was engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. We had a great time at the class and would do it again. The class had a nice flow and Brett answered all our questions.

Brett was nice but I would like to leave some constructive criticism. I’m in sales so a few tips may make his class better. First introduce yourself and maybe start with small talk with your participants. I know none of us could hear you. Everyone was on top of their computers trying to hear you. Participants left and had to charge devices hoping to hear you better. Your volume was low because you were on a head set. Read the room and try to fix it. Also you were speaking while you were blending, we definitely could not hear you at all. This was our second experience with a mixologist on line. The other class was definitely more interactive and I felt a connection. A few tweak and this class could be amazing. Maybe ask to see what participants created.

brett was great! we made 4 different drinks that were all wonderful and learned a lot. overall was an awesome experience and would highly recommend!!! one thing that could make the class better would be having the written recipes visible somewhere on screen and going a bit slower.

What a fun date night! This is the first time we've done this type of Zoom class and it was great. Brett is very knowledgeable and creative. He had two cameras set up so we could easily see what he was doing close up. The drinks were delicious.

Great information and energy. Very knowledgeable and fun experience. My only issue would be that two of the four drinks were not to my liking and now I have about three bottle of not so cheap alcohol I will never use. It would be better if you could choose the drinks you want to learn to make.

Brett seemed like a good teacher, but I found the audio was very scratchy and difficult to hear for this class. I checked with another member of the class, and they had the same issue. I brought this to the attention of Cozymeal but didn’t expect much of a response. Thankfully they took my concern seriously and worked to make it right. I have booked another class.

Brett was great, we learned a lot. He handled it very well as our group struggled being in the same room together and the reverb would not go away. He deserves more than 5 stars for that as well as the rest of the quests. Next class we will get it right.

Pre-class, Brett had great communication, quick responses, and was super helpful. Class itself was awesome, which means an awesome instructor. Brett truly impressed me with his unique cocktails. He taught me how to make a typical gin sour with a Midwest twist using Rhubarb called "Rhubarb Gin Sour." This was a pisco without using egg whites - a very interesting technique I have never seen or heard of before. His second drink was also a very cool Mahannthan called "Jolted Manhattan" which is made from Rye and a coffee Amaro. Overall, his unique ingredients, instruction and special craft cocktails leave you walking away with something you will not typically find at a bar. His class was very entertaining!
