Online Mixology Class - Bubbly Cocktails to Toast the New Year

Add fresh sparkle to your year-end festivities with a New Year's Eve-themed online mixology class with Mixologist Brett. Begin the evening with a Prosecco tasting while you prepare a charcuterie board full of nuts, cheese and fruits. Then, enjoy a curated music playlist while you create a trio of bubbly drinks, including a blood orange-infused negroni sbagliato, and a cirtusy mint Prosecco cocktail. Finish by sipping your festive cocktails, playing 2022 trivia and ringing in the new year!

Blood orange vermouth, sweet vermouth or other red vermouth
Blood oranges or oranges
Mint sprig
Two lemons
Lime
Simple syrup
Edible gold leaves (can be ordered online)
Bourbon
Blackberries
A variety of olives, such as kalamata, liguria, gordal and manzanilla
A variety of nuts, such as almonds, honey-roasted cashews, pecans and spiced nuts
Bosch pear and anjou pear
Lemon
Fresh rosemary, sage and thyme sprigs
Sea salt
Bacon, 2-3 strips per person, prepared prior to class
Chèvre log
Gouda cheese
Gruyere cheese
Cheddar cheese
Red grapes (12 grapes for everyone to eat at midnight, plus more for the charcuterie board)
Pretzels (preferably soft, but crunchy pretzels will work as well)
