I was late to the class ( traffic /drive from job to pay for the class) with my husband and two daughters. I did know that this was just an 1 hour class. Angela turned off my zoom mike when my husband and I started discussing how to catch up with with the bread with no input from our chef. We felt rushed to catch up. During a lull, Angela talked about her garden, making zucchini bread and her travel to Spain. Still don’t know what we were supposed to do with the parsley that the recipe called for. Angela ended our 1 hour class 4 minutes early. Sorry just feeling a little disappointed and a bother. I did learn to parboil potatoes and fry and they were very good.
