During this live and interactive cooking class with Chef Li, you will learn two popular Singaporean recipes that are a perfect match for any Galentine's Day get together. Chef Li will begin by teaching you how to prepare laksa — a rich, spicy, zingy Singaporean noodle soup that's sure to hold a special place in your heart. You will also learn how to mix up a fruity and sparkly Singapore sling cocktail.

Chef Li provided a variation of ways to make dumplings. Through the use of carrot juice and spinach juice, this made a beautiful presentation of dumplings. Chef Li also provided in the recipe alternative dumpling fillings, such as the use of pork or vegetable. This was my second class with Chef Li and I have scheduled another.
