Chef Robert will show you how to create a special holiday brunch in this live and interactive online cooking class. Follow along and ask questions as you learn how to make cremini mushroom triple cream brie polenta for starters, followed by a crispy croque monsieur topped with tangy and creamy hollandaise sauce. Finish with refreshing cranberry granita.
