Chef Shailini's class on advanced desserts was an experience unlike any other cooking course. it was filled with fun anecdotes, helpful tips, and plenty of opportunity for everyone to get their hands involved and try new techniques depending on their comfort level. The desserts tasted amazing and we had plenty of leftover to take home.

We thoroughly enjoyed this class (Classic Indian Restaurant Favorites), it was such a fun evening!! Chef Shailini was super warm and welcoming and made us feel like special guests in her home, we learned to make six different delicious dishes, and I really enjoyed that we all ate together family style at the end of the evening. Truly a unique night and I will certainly recommend to family and friends!
