Had a lovely time learning several different meals. All were delicious and something I hope to make in days to come. Good food and good company!

What a lovely evening we had at Chef Shailini's home! She was so welcoming and accommodating (we had to leave early to relieve our babysitter but she anticipated this and did advance prep work and advised us to bring takeout containers!). We learned several new tips and tricks to make Thai cooking at home accessible and delicious - I am making one of the dishes again this week! Thank you Shailini!

I found CozyMeal while looking for a unique gift for my best friend — their gift cards are so versatile, and we chose Chef Shailini’s Tasty Thai Favorites class. Neither of us had cooked Thai food before, but we both love it, and the class turned out to be even better than expected. We traveled from the South Shore to Chef Shailini’s warm, welcoming home in Lexington, joined by a small group of fellow food lovers. Under her enthusiastic guidance, we prepped, cooked, and laughed our way through six incredible dishes — plus a bonus recipe! She shared cooking tips, ingredient advice, and wonderful stories from her life. The class ran longer than scheduled (with a heads-up), but no one wanted to leave. We left full, happy, and inspired. This was such a fun and memorable experience — and a great value. We can’t wait to take another class with Chef Shailini!
