With her knowledge in holistic wellness and Ayurvedic cooking, Stephanie loves to revel in simple pleasures, such as baking with her kids, crafting new healthy recipes, and making time for play and fun. She is a Freelance Copywriter, currently crafting copy for various industries in e-commerce and service-based businesses, primarily in beauty, wellness, and culinary arts. 

She is praised for her ability to evoke emotion and bring those emotions onto paper, and she believes in the beauty of being seen both on the page and out in the world. With her experience in wellness and coaching, she is able to hear what people are saying with unspoken words and articulate that internal experience into something digestible and workable.
