Discover the joy of cooking as you pay homage to Cambridge's most beloved culinary icon.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you'll be examining the culinary genius of Julia Child. You will start with some light reading of her first cookbook while also having the opportunity to try some of Chef Jason's personal favorites before cooking.
You will then begin cooking together by measuring out and preparing your decadent chocolate mousse and raspberry ganache cake. Chef Jason will then discuss coq au vin before you prepare the casserole with allotment for multiple iterations so you can get creative in the spirit of Julia Child.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jason was awesome. He came to house totally prepared and walked us through everything. He has a lot of experience which was fun to hear about. I highly recommend doing one of his classes.
Chef Jason has accumulated nearly 10 years of culinary experience in a variety of high volume roles. Some of his titles have included schooner chef, sous chef, private chef, cook, and bread baker. Chef Jason earned these titles in a number of different settings such as gastropubs, fine dining restaurants and corporate settings. Now, Chef Jason has combined his diverse experiences to create an array of unique cooking classes.
