Create savory za'atar-dusted flatbread with hints of mountain thyme and sweet flatbread topped with pears and caramelized onions, not to mention traditional pita bread and classic naan in between. Enhance the comforting flavors of each bread with smoky eggplant baba ganoush, baked olives and mint chutney.
