Get acquainted with phyllo — a versatile dough that can be used for any course.

In this hands-on class, Chef Sawsan will teach you the basics of handling phyllo and how you can use it in nearly any dish from appetizer to entree to dessert.

Phyllo, also spelled filo and Greek for "leaf," is tissue-thin sheets of dough that have very little fat. When phyllo is baked, the layers become airy, crisp, and beautifully flaky. Many popular Greek dishes are made with phyllo dough, three of which you will learn how to prepare in this class under the guidance of the talented Chef Sawsan.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
