Chef Jason

Chef Jason made our birthday celebration outstanding! He did a terrific job of explaining and teaching us throughout the class. He also had a great way about him and no question was too silly. We will definitely be hiring him again!

Chef Jason was awesome. He came to house totally prepared and walked us through everything. He has a lot of experience which was fun to hear about. I highly recommend doing one of his classes.

Chef Jason is great and passionate about cooking. He taught me simple skills that I plan to use in my everyday cooking The food tasted amazing and reminded me of a restaurant that I had visited in Paris. Highly recommend, especially for a date.

Jason was very knowledgeable and fun to work with! Entertained all of our tourist questions about the city and cooking. We are definitely adding Cozymeal to our vacation go to list wherever we go thanks to our first great experience.

The bread was delicious and the experience of making fresh mozzarella was interesting. I'm hoping to make these breads again at home and sharing them with family and friends during the upcoming holidays. We all learned something new and being able to sit and enjoy warm bread them after baking them was a treat!

Chef Jason was great, he explained a lot of techniques in detail and made sure to tell us about small little tricks and tips to help us along. He was great host and it was a pleasure talking to him and understanding more about how the kitchens and chef's in them work. The food was phenomenal! I loved the all the three courses but espec8ally loved the cheesecake at the end! Highly recommend it, it's a very unique experience and Jason makes you feel very comfortable and at home all the way.

I had an informative and fun cooking experience with Chef Jason. He goes into every detail about the cooking process, demonstrating the culinary techniques needed for a particular dish as well as best tips about sourcing, keeping and preserving products. He is passionate about cooking and baking, and was very engaging during the entire process.
