In this hands-on class, Chef Jess will teach you all about the spices, seasonings and flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine, and show you how to incorporate them into your meals.
You'll make three dishes that are bursting with vibrant and colorful ingredients that work together to fuse Mexican and Californian cuisines. In addition to practicing knife skills and balancing flavors, this class will focus on two important culinary skills: browning meat and pan-frying vegetables. Chef Jess tops it off with a scrumptious spiced chocolate cake with a secret good-for-you ingredient!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
