In this hands-on class with Chef Christine, you will learn everything you need to know to make sweet breads — those soft, decadent breads that Sunday brunches and lazy mornings were made for.
You'll learn all the steps of sweet breads and their key ingredients, including different types of flour and yeast. You'll make challah dough for heavenly chocolate babka, and brioche for perfectly sweet cinnamon buns. While the breads bake in the oven, you'll sip on tea and coffee and learn what to do with leftover sweet breads.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
