Cooking Class - Italian Handmade Ravioli

Join Chef Mario for a beginner's workshop in making fresh sauces, fillings, and scratch ravioli.

In this hands-on class with Chef Mario, you will learn the secrets to beautifully authentic Italian handmade ravioli using the freshest local ingredients available and no machines.

Chef Mario teaches you how to master ravioli making, beginning with homemade dough and fillings that provides an explosion of unexpected flavor. Once you’ve molded a beautiful dough and sealed it up with two different fillings, you will top each one of your handcrafted raviolis with their from scratch accompanying sauces. To end the class, you will finish with a decadent chocolate torte.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
