In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will get to experience a farm-to-table feast full of fresh, rustic dishes.
Chef Andrew will begin by focusing on tasting the different components of a dish and seeing how beautifully they come together. Starting with ingredients from the farm, you'll learn creative ways to prepare and use ingredients to bring out the best in each one. You will also get a taste of cooking over coals, learning to burn and char food with confidence, and also how to pickle vegetables.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
