In this hands-on class, Chef Gilley will share with you the techniques to make beautiful dumplings as well as tips to improve your everyday cooking. While educating, he also creates a fun and entertaining atmosphere for you to enjoy.
In this class, you'll be making three types of dumplings: shrimp and pork, chicken, and tofu, each one with their own specific shape. You'll then learn how to make three different fillings and the secrets and little tricks behind them. Lastly, you'll also learn how to store and cook them properly.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
