In this hands-on class with Chef Frederick, you will learn the skills and techniques to create a dramatic, awe-inspiring seafood feast.
You will begin the class by preparing a seared shrimp and fried lump crab cocktail with homemade sauce. Then, Chef Frederick will demonstrate the preparation of a mussel dish with a remarkably luxurious pan sauce. Next, you will prepare your own pan-seared amberjack while learning the secret to an impressive kumquat gastrique. Finish up your seafood night with a refreshing raspberry and lemon sorbet.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
