Chef Skiz was fantastic, as was this class. He came early, was fully prepared with an incredible array of ingredients, and led us through five courses with a bit of education and storytelling. We learned a few things and enjoyed an amazing meal. We highly recommend Chef Skiz!

He was so helpful and we learned a lot. Not only about the food, and culture but knife and food prep as well. A wonderful experience, would definitely return.
