My husband & son joined Chef Ten for a cooking class featuring steak grilling techniques, yummy potatoes and plum tart. the guys loved it, picked up cooking tips and had a fun time learning. Would highly recommend

Chef Ten made learning how to create Chinese hand-pulled noodles an incredibly fun experience. This was my wife’s and my first time taking a cooking class, and while we’re both comfortable in the kitchen, we thought it would make for a great date night—and it absolutely did. Chef Ten was exactly what we were hoping for: patient, professional, and always wearing an easy smile. The dinner that followed was outstanding—truly a five-star experience.

We learned how to make hand pulled noodles. It was SO fun! The chef was great. He explained everything clearly and I feel like I can recreate the recipe at home. The four course meal was also so good! We will definitely do this again.

Went above and beyond, both in terms of time and effort. Really good food, really good lesson! Chef Ten's depth of knowledge in terms of the medicinal value of food is an added bonus, not only does he know his flavors, but he also understands what the food is doing to the body

What a great, hidden gem of an experience! Had so much fun learning how to make hand pulled noodles! After learning the technique, Chef Ten made us a delicious meal that showcased what his restaurant has to offer! Can't wait to go back and eat there!

My boyfriend and I had such a fun time learning to make these noodles. We also left incredibly stuffed with some of the tastiest food we've ever had! Definitely book a class with Chef Ten because he made the class fun.

Booked the class Bold Flavors of Asian Fusion with Chef Ten in Baltimore (Harbor East)

Menu: Chicken fried rice, ca sushi rolls, and mango mousse. The menu was good and we would make it for ourselves. That was the best part. This class was a tad strange to us because after the chef demonstrated the menu, he walked away and basically left us on our own. When he returned, he checked on us and assisted when we asked. He sat at the bar and checked his phone a lot. He was nice as a person, but as an instructor, eh. Also the kitchen wasn't clean and the setting did not feel prepared. Overall, we are glad we experienced a cooking class.
