This cooking class is all about mastering the art of pho, a dish deeply rooted in Vietnamese tradition and celebrated for its rich, aromatic broth. Chef Kayla will guide you through the balance of flavors and techniques that make this comforting noodle soup a global favorite.
You’ll start by preparing delicate shrimp or veggie spring rolls, paired with a smooth peanut sauce. Then, dive into crafting a flavorful beef pho, using charred vegetables, fragrant spices and authentic sauces to build depth and complexity. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With rice paper, poached shrimp and peanut sauce
Beef Pho
With charred vegetables, authentic fish sauce & spices and thinly sliced steak
Vietnamese Iced or Hot Coffee
With authentic Vietnamese coffee beans, sweetened condensed milk, strained using a Vietnamese coffee filter and served either hot or cold
