In this hands-on class, Chef Steve encourages and inspires you to spice up your cooking routine and shows you how to add a little Latin flair to any dish, any day of the week.
Begin with an appetizer of empanadas generously stuffed with chorizo, potatoes, and Monterey Jack cheese. Then, learn the skills and techniques to preparing a fiery, juicy flat iron steak with refreshing and zesty chimichurri. And for dessert, a classic and simple velvety rice pudding with a spiced rum raisin sauce inspired by the rhythms of the tropics.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
