It can be hard to come home after a long day and have to figure out how to put a healthy dinner on the table. In this hands-on class, Chef Kristin shows you how by teaching you how to navigate plant-based cuisine to create meals that even the pickiest of eaters will love.
After learning basic kitchen safety, knife skills, and the benefits of a weekly meal plan, you'll prepare three gluten-free, vegetarian entrees that take 30 minutes or less. You'll face the question, "what's for dinner?" fearlessly after class!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
