In this hands-on class, Chef Kristin will show you the beauty and goodness of gluten-free and vegan desserts. You will learn how to take your favorite desserts and make healthier but equally (or more) delicious versions!
You will begin by learning about making gluten-free, vegan, and healthful substitutes in baking as you work your way through five different, decadent dessert recipes. You will leave class with all of the recipes, all of your baked goodies, and all of the confidence to bake gluten-free and vegan desserts in your own kitchen!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
