In this hands-on class, Chef Todd will guide you through the preparation of an incredible three-course menu with serious flair.
You will begin by honing your grilling skills by preparing roasted corn in husk over charcoal. For the main course, you will prepare a slow-roasted cumin dry-rubbed pork shoulder you will pull and infuse with California orange juice for tacos. You will work on your knife skills throughout the class as you learn which techniques are best for jicama, mango, red bell pepper, and fresh chive.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
