Enjoy a fresh, sustainable dinner featuring seafood sourced from the best fishmongers in San Diego.
In this hands-on class, join Chef Todd for an unforgettable culinary experience featuring the beauty of fresh and sustainable seafood from Catalina Offshore.
You will start with a simple, but flavorful red quinoa salad featuring organic pear tomatoes and California orange slices bathed in a champagne vinaigrette. The second course employs sustainable tuna coated in sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, seared rare, and served with jasmine rice and addictive wasabi cilantro cream. You will finish this meal with local summer berries tossed with sweet and bright citrus.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Todd was amazing. Our first cozymeal experience and so happy it was with Todd. We learned so much. Great conversation. We felt like we were hanging out with a good friend. Do yourself a favor and have dinner with Chef Todd.

Chef Todd was an amazing teacher he covered the basics and more of our meal. The entire meal was perfect. I will be back for more.

Great Time!! We had no idea what to except since it was our first experience with cozymeal. Todd exceeded our expectation. The food was clean, fresh and amazing! His patience to answer a million questions was important. Booking with Todd will not disappoint... but make sure you have the hot Mexican chocolate for dessert!
Meet your chef
Chef Todd realized his true passion for cooking after learning from another talented chef and spent the majority of his culinary career as an executive chef catering for several large companies. Chef Todd has now expanded into the realm of teaching and has proven to be an excellent host with a great personality. He is also an avid surfer and his cooking style hinges on Southwestern and Mexican cuisine.
