Chef Gilley teaches you how to prepare meals for an extraordinary dinner and lunch leftovers.

This hands-on class with Chef Gilley has a little bit of everything and something for everyone. But most importantly, Chef Gilley shows you how to prepare a dinner so delicious you'll definitely want to have it for lunch the next day.

Chef Gilley will teach you many techniques in this class. For example, how to tenderize and cook moist chicken breast with a technique called velveting, as well as how to properly marinade pork shoulder, and how to properly use the roasting pan and rack to create caramelization and tenderness.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

In the past, he has operated an extension of his family's restaurant at a weekly food fest in Brooklyn, and is currently serving up delectable dishes as a sous chef in New York. Chef Gilley is famous for his cold sesame noodles, which have been heralded by Gourmet Magazine and the New York Times.
