Chef Gilley teaches you how to prepare meals for an extraordinary dinner and lunch leftovers.
This hands-on class with Chef Gilley has a little bit of everything and something for everyone. But most importantly, Chef Gilley shows you how to prepare a dinner so delicious you'll definitely want to have it for lunch the next day.
Chef Gilley will teach you many techniques in this class. For example, how to tenderize and cook moist chicken breast with a technique called velveting, as well as how to properly marinade pork shoulder, and how to properly use the roasting pan and rack to create caramelization and tenderness.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience with Gilley! He was very knowledgeable and the food all tasted great. It was a perfect mix of us being involved with the cooking and Gilley making sure everything turned out great. Really fun dinner and would highly recommend! Bonus - we were left with lots of leftovers!

It was a lot of fun! He was informative, arrived early and made some delicious food. He even washed the dishes so we didn’t have to clean up the kitchen afterwards. Highly recommend Chef Gilley.

Learned a lot and he brought A LOT of food!!! The best part was learning so many inside trade secrets. The class is VERY fast! Total of 2 hours - so a lot to make in 2 hours of time!!! He came very well prepared and it was fun to hear personal stories!

Chef Gilley was an excellent instructor. I have had trouble making authentic flavorful Asian dishes in the past, but this experience was completely different. We loved the food and have new dishes to add to our rotation of regulars. I will definitely look for more Chef Gilley classes and I am very grateful for his knowledge, positive attitude and patience.

My husband and I loved our first Cozymeal class with Chef Gilley this past Saturday. He was an excellent instructor, and handled everyone's questions with ease and patience. The food he taught us to create was delicious and we will definitely recreate them ourselves for years to come. It was a lot of fun and we look forward to doing more Cozymeal classes!

Chef Gilley was delightful! An evening that was sure to be a tall order (20ish participants), and Chef made magic happen in every kitchen with his patience and reassurance. He went above and beyond in helping whip up a vegetarian version of our wonton, which turned out to be flavor bombs! We'll be back for more experiences with Chef Gilley in the future. Thank you!

Thank you Chef Gilley. We had so much fun. We made approximately 75 Won Tons, finished the flat bread/ pancakes and shared with friends. We will definitely be doing this again with family and friends in the near future. It really did help having everything measured in advance in small Bowls. Thank you for all of the techniques that you taught us. I'll cut my onions your way next time.

We had a wonderful time! We will absolutely e doing this again! Chef Gillet was patient and fun. He never rushed us and answered all of our questions. The food was fantastic and we feel we will be able to recreate this on our own!

Chef Gilley's family background in Chinese-American cooking makes him a great educator and chef in Asian cuisine. His class demonstrated how to make one amazing base sauce that can be tweaked and added to a variety of delicious dishes. With the knowledge I gained, I feel equipped to create a stress-free menu for my work week that is tasty and healthy!

Gilley is an amazing chef! The best part is that he loves to share his knowledge. He has taught me how to make countless fresh and healthy recipes. Did you know that he makes pasta from scratch? How cool is that?! Oh and if you have a sweet tooth, Gilley is the person to be around. He has taught me how to make Chocolate Soufflé (YUM!).
