Chef Joseph has an exciting and intensive sushi workshop prepared for you with this hands-on class. After a little practice and some helpful hints from the talented Chef Joseph, you will learn how easy it really is to make sushi in your own kitchen.
In this culinary workshop, you are free to be creative and let the splendor of sushi surround you as learn the process of handcrafting a wide variety of sushi. So relax and enjoy as you explore and master some of the authentic and longstanding sushi favorites.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joseph's ability to incorporate his own stories into his demos makes for an entertaining class. He easily walks you through the secrets of how to make pasta, bagels, sushi, empanadas — all from scratch. His chimichurri sauce is wonderful. If you're looking for a fun class where you'll learn basics that you can implement at home, don't hesitate to try this one out!

Chef Joseph was amazing! We celebrated my girlfriends birthday and the venue was very cozy and romantic. Joseph gave us easy to follow instructions and allowed us to really cook for ourselves. Not only were his stories wildly entertaining, he also demonstrated a deep knowledge on the food prepared. His prep made cooking very fun and easy! We both had a great time and it was exactly the experience we were hoping for.
