In this hands-on class, Chef Lorenzo is passionate about passing onto you his knowledge of three of his favorite dishes from Florence. As you prepare this three-course meal, you will focus on honing culinary skills that you can use for any type of cuisine.
First, you will try your hand at a traditional Florentine pasta: a soft and versatile homemade gnocchi. Then, you will learn how to turn peppers into the perfect vessel for a savory meat filling. For dessert, learn the art of a simply decadent panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lorenzo was amazing! What a great way to spend our Friday night.....any night, really! You feel like you have known him forever, he is very friendly, patient and lets you be hands-on. The food was delicious, we barely had to clean our plates. Definitely booking him again for another Italian home made meal!
Meet your chef
Chef Lorenzo, a Florence native with a great deal of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, came to Miami to share his interpretations of Italian cuisine. To share his passion with as many people as possible, Chef Lorenzo opened a gourmet food truck, which was named Best Food Truck Miami 2014. His other accolades include appearances on the Cooking Channel and studying at ALMA, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana.
