What You’ll Do

Experience the delight of fresh stuffed pasta with this cooking class. Learn to craft perfect dough for hand-shaped pasta, then prepare delicious fillings and complement them with rich Bolognese and sage brown butter sauces. Master the technique of making brown butter and round out your meal with a light arugula salad and zesty dressing. Enjoy creating satisfying, flavorful dishes from scratch!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Dagny and her apprentice worked very well together to explain not only the ingredients but the chemistry of how they worked together and how the heat affects the outcome of the product. And they adjusted well with any kinks that may have come up. Everything was absolutely delicious and informative. Everyone loved the class and Chef's.
