Cooking Class - Gluten-Free Gourmet Dinner
Gluten-free foodies will rejoice over Chef Yapo's gourmet menu in the hands-on class.
Chef Yapo knows that being able to enjoy fantastic gourmet food without the presence of gluten shouldn't be a struggle. In this hands-on class, Chef Yapo will teach you how to prepare a gourmet four-course gluten-free menu to impress.
You will begin by creating a masterpiece of a salad by stacking multi-colored layers of fruit and root vegetables. Also, you will learn the art of preparing a deliciously nutty forbidden rice and discover how to beautifully poach shrimp in butter. For dessert, a part custard, part froth bubbly sabayon presented as an almond tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Travels to You
Chef Yapo graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and quickly learned that he loved talking about food with the customers more than working in the restaurant, so he started working for people directly with local and organic foods in 2009. Chef Yapo enjoys handmade pasta, unique flavors and global fusion flavors, and is very passionate about no-food-waste-cooking and teaching others how to do it.
