Cooking Class - Gluten Free Gourmet Dinner
Chef Yapo knows that being able to enjoy fantastic gourmet food without the presence of gluten shouldn't be a struggle. In this hands-on class, Chef Yapo will teach you how to prepare a gourmet five-course gluten-free menu to impress.
You will begin by creating a masterpiece of a salad by stacking multicolored layers of fruits and vegetables. Also, you will learn the art of preparing a deliciously nutty, pillowy soft, and pleasantly chewy forbidden rice. For dessert, a part custard, part froth bubbly sabayon presented as an almond tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
