Cooking Class - Seafood With the Seasons
In this hands-on class, Chef Yapo will teach you how to cook and eat with the seasons using seafood-centric dishes. Because San Diego is the home of the largest fishing seafood fleet in America, you will learn how to properly utilize the seasonal fruits of the sea in your meals.
From knife skills to stock making, Chef Yapo focuses on helping you to develop a number of important and impressive seafood preparation skills that will aid you in your culinary endeavors no matter what ingredients the season may bring.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
