In this hands-on class, Chef Michael will instruct on the proper procedure of shucking an oyster. But he doesn't stop there. Embark on a shellfish extravaganza as you also learn how to perfectly poach shrimp and how to make traditional accoutrements.
At the end of class, you will be able to take away the knowledge to host your very own shellfish feast, as well as your very own oyster knife, four-ounce bottles of each sauce you concoct in class, recipe cards, and a dozen fresh oysters to take home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
