Cooking Class - Tutto Bene Italian

Chef William transforms this four-course Italian meal into a culinary experience like none other.

In this hands-on class, Chef William will teach you the techniques to bring this Italian meal to life.

You will learn how to prepare calamari and take them from a dinner-out dish to a crispy homemade delicacy. Then, you will learn how to create a crunchy coating for arancini di riso to encase a gooey, smoked mozzarella surprise inside. The fruitti de mare will be prepared with the freshest herbs and seafood, and tossed in a fired-up arrabiata sauce. End with an impossibly moist, refreshing olive oil cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
